Refund policy.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. 

 Right of withdrawal: You can return any product within 14 days of receipt. 

 Eligibility conditions: 

•  Unused product in perfect condition. 
• Original packaging intact. 
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

Non-refundable products: Gift cards, downloadable software, opened hygiene items.

Procedure: Contact support@afrikbuy.shop before any return to obtain authorization.

Return costs:

• Defective products or our error → AfrikBuy will cover the costs.
• Change of mind → Return costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refund deadline: Within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the return.
